Q.

Nebbing with Saline

HI Prof,
Just for clarity you answered me on nebbing with Saline.

" Saline is helpful to remove mucous from the airways in children who have bronchiolitis or a problem with a post nasal drip."

So Saline in the nebulizer can help the above and not only sprayed in the nose?

Sorry to " clarify"  I think i misunderstood - thnks

Yes you can use saline (it must be labelled "normal saline") in the nebuliser and separately as nose drops.
