Nausea &  Vomitting

Hi, my baby is 10 months. He is teeting at the moment. Looks like another 2 teeth are coming out on top. Will have 6 altogether.
Since last week Wednesday, has been on &  off with fever &  being lethargic. Was then better on Wkend, but started vomitting on Monday - could not keep any solids in. I gave him his bedtime bottle, and he did not bring that up. Then at 1am, he had a fever again which I treated with Empepad. I also gave him a proboitic in his milk. This morning he seemed fine. But this afternoon he is looking lethargic and nauseas again. No fever. What could it be? What should I do?

Your baby needs to be seen by a doctor urgently. He may be dehydrated as a result of his vomiting and you need to find out why he is vomiting like this. There are several important causes and illnesses which need to be excluded. Please take him to a paediatric emergency unit.
