I have use covorspore, zinc and carstor oil cream, maizena and castor oil, doctor gave me a eye ointment and a antifungal cream, tried nystacid ointment, i am at my wits end i honestly do not know what to use. I have changed the nappies , tried pamper, cuddlers, huggies and that is all the diffrent brands. Dont what her with soap only use unscented wet wipes. i am honestly at my wits end. I even change her nappy every 1 to 2 hours wich is costing in nappies bt still not clearing up. It is itchy for her if she gets the chance to scratch she does and then she scratches herself open. You do not mention your daughter's age.Her nappy rash is of concern because it does not respond to any treatment and you really have tried everything. She may have a zinc deficiency. You need to have her Blood zinc level checked.Ask your doctor to arrange this ASAP. Please let me know what the level is and also her age.As soon as the blood test has been done and not before, start her on Zinplex syrup daily.
