Q.

Nappy Rash

My baby has developed nappy rash, I normally apply bepanthen cream on his bottom twice a day, morning& evening and send Fissan Bum Cream to his daycare and I think they haven' t been applying it after every nappy change. I can see he is in pain as he cries when I wipe him and bath him. His bottom has little red areas and it is also swollen. Please advise...Thanks!

This sounds like quite a severe nappy rash. It is unusual for a nappy rash not to respond to Bepanthen. Try Antipeol Nappy Cream. Let me know if your baby's nappy rash does not clear up and also his age.
