Q.

Nappy rash


Hi Doctor

My daughter had seborria demantis of infancy,shes six months now..the danruff has clear and the face and neck are getting ok...

problem is she has some sort of rash on her groin...i continued using the normal bum cream but the skin colour is a bit lite in the area..could it still be the dermantis...or its something else..

Please advise on what i shoudl use...

Thank you, you are welcome. I am a bit concerned about your baby's rash as it does not sound like the usual nappy rash and it does not respond to the usual treatments. It may be a form of zinc deficiency or may have another cause. Please ask your paediatrician to see your baby
