As this question is addressed to 'Hi Guys', it is obviously not for the Paediatrician. If you would like the Paediatrician to answer your question write in again and also give a clearer description of the nappy rash and what you have tried to do to heal it so far.

Hi,

Yes I also used Bepanthen. As much as you can you need to expose the area to light. So leave baby without his nappy for a short while. Also when you bath him, you can use fragrance free Aqueous Cream to bath him with. It could also be that the fragranced toiletries could be harmful at the time. I did this for my 5 month old son, and it helps. Also you can put on Fullers Earth Powder to dry the area.
