Nanny with epilepsy

I just found out my 6 month old baby''s nanny is epilectic. She''s been with us for 5 months without any episodes of seizures. She is on medication and under medical supervision as she visits the hospital on a monthly basis for check up and to refill her medication. How safe is is to leave my baby with her? I really do not want to lose her as she is very good to the baby. What can I do to ensure a healthy environment for everyone?

It seems that your nanny's epilepsy is very well controlled. She appears to be a very responsible person who goes for regular check ups and takes her medicines every day very regularly. She has already been with you for 5 months without any problems and is an excellent nanny for your baby. She will continue to do an excellent job.
