Q.

NAN HA and Eye-q omega 3

Dear Doc

My 10 month old daughter is on NAN HA due to allergies. I' d like to supplement her with eye-q omega 3. Will this be fine?

I' ve heard that fish should be avoided where allergies are present. I' m not sure if omega 3 supplementation is therefore ok?

Kindly advise.

Many thanks

It is fine to give your daughter Eye Q and there is no danger of causing a fish allergy.
