Q.

Nan 3 or cows milk?

Dear Doc

My daughter is nearly 12 months.

Do I switch from NAN 2 to NAN 3, or do I switch from NAN 2 to cow' s milk? If cows milk is sufficient, why is there a NAN 3?

Many thanks

Good question. NAN 3 is fortified with added minerals and essential nutrients for your baby.As long as your baby is eating a good mixed diet she will be able to go onto regular full cream cow's milk if your prefer to do this.
