Q.

Nail biting in 2 yr old

Hi

my son is about to turn 2 in June, he has a nasty habit of biting his nails, evne if it is cut, he will find something on his finger to bite. What can I use to stop his habit, Someone mentioned Prosana bitter treatment.

This is an exteremely common habit in young children. In most cases it lasts for only a short while. Do not apply anything to his nails as this will not help. Try to avoid commenting about your son biting his nails and try your best to ignore this.As with many habits in children the more that you comment about the habit the worse it may become.
