How safe is Mylocort to apply to a 2 year olds itchy rash?

my one-month-old baby has developed eczema and was given advantan for apply for seven days; and mylocort to apply twice a day for 7 days. mylocort is very safe to use in children.

Mylocort contains cortisone which can thin the skin, can cause adrenal gland atrophy, immunosuppression and detrimental psychiatric effects! Scary! I would recommend Dermakelp as it does not contain cortisone and is safe to use continuously, even on babies. I think its available at most pharmacies and Clicks.
