my son

dear doc

my son is 3months old and he weighs 7.8kg my question is if it is true that if a child is over the normal wieght that he is suppose to be then he can get ashma? what causes ashma docter?

Asthma is an inherited chest condition and if you do not have asthma in your family then your baby is unlikely to develop asthma. It is true that babies who are overweight are more likley to catch viral chest infections. The average weight for a baby boy of 3 months is 6.4kg.
