Q.

MY GROWTH

Hi i am currently 20 years old and for about 6-8 years i haven' t grown abit and gained weight all my brothers are tall and well built and i have tried streching,,.does this have something to do with my eating...i am shorter than my dad...i am 1.6 and i am thin...
Please give me some advice

You have probably stopped growing by the age of 20 years.Your height of 160cm is well below the average for a man of your age. Unfortunately it is highly unlikely that you will grow any taller,but you can add to your weight on a good sensible diet. There is plenty of advice on the internet.Regular exercise will benefit you greatly.
