MY BABY IS 18 MONTHS OLD

DEAR PROF
PLEASE CAN YOU ADVISE ME MY BABY IS 18 MONTHS OLD AND IT THINK SHE IS ALLERGIC TO MILK AS WHEN SHE DRINKS IT HER TUMMY RUNS SHE IS ON ISOMIL 3
HOWEVER WHAT CAN I GIVE HER TO SUPPLEMENT HER CALCIUM INTAKE SHE HATES THE SOYA YOGART PLEASE ADVISE WHAT ELSE CAN I GIVE HER
OR PERHAPS SHE IS LACTOSE INTOLERANT I AM NOT SURE

It sounds as if your little toddler has a lactose intolerance problem. You could try the new Lactose free/low lactose milks which are now available. I think that Parmalat make one of these. Discuss a calcium supplement with your pharmacist if you need to continue on a soya formula.
