At your baby's age the most likely cause of her constipation is the formula she is on.Use a single infant glycerine suppository to help her to pass the constipated stool and then change to either Lactogen 1 or Novalac IT.Let me know if this does not solve the problem.

I had the same problem with my son and I tried everything even the olivoil. The only thing that worked for me at the end wat water with suger (white) just a bit. I never had a problem again until today - he is 14 months now and I have struggled with him with this problem for about 2 months before I found the water and white suger solution.

Hi Ashleigh,

Put 5ml of oliveoil in her bottle when she is constipated, it works like a charm!

Good luck!
