I agree with you that your son really needs a full examination and tests to find out why he so susceptable to infections. His illnesses do not appear to suggest that sinusitis is his main problem. I am especially concerned that he always has a fever. There must be some reason for this. It is possible that he has glandular fever or an illness such as malta fever [brucellosis]. There are other possible causes as well. He needs to be seen by a paediatric immunologist. These experts are rather few and far between in this country.
