Q.

mumps

Morning doc,
My 8month old baby is wth my mom during the day and his niece who stays wth my mom was booked of with mumps.Can my baby boy and 5 year old daughter get it and should I be concern....

If you had mumps as a child your baby should still be protected from getting mumps at 8 months. Your 5 year old daughter has been immunised against mumps if she had the MMR vaccination at 15 months.Of course your baby still has to have the MMR vaccination when he is 15 months.
