Q.

mucus and blood in stool - 3 week old baby

My baby is 3 weeks old and a week ago I noticed her stool had mucus and was a bit greenish, the next day there was also a bit of blood so I took her to a doctor and the doctor said she has a bacteria and prescribed antibiotik amoxil for 5 days. After giving her the antibiotik there was no more blood, the stool was back yellowish but still had mucus. On the last day of giving her the antibiotik there was a thicker mucus again with blood. does this mean that the antibiotik did not help or could there something else wrong? The baby feels fine otherwise. I am breastfeeding her and I read on the internet that this could be caused by milk allergy, is that really true or could there be s omething serious wrong? I am very worried.
