Mosambique holiday - camping with baby9months old - malaria?

Good day
My husband and I want to go on a trip to Mosambique in December. On 22 December my baby will be 9 months old and on 14 December she''ll get her 9months shot-Measels. My question is,..will it be safe to travel to Mosambique with my baby, my worries is malaria with her-we might camp for a few days.

This is not a good idea at all. You should not take your baby into this malarial area.There are no safe anti-malarial preventer medicines for a baby of this age. Also the malaria that occurs in Mozambique is usually the drug-resistant form.
