Q.

Milk intake at one year old

Dear Prof
How much milk (excluding in cereal and food) should my one year ol twins drink per day? They are on around 600ml, although one likes milk and finishes hers and the other one is less keen. The one who drinks more is also a bit more fussy about food, although she eats everything she eats less than her sister. They are on Parmalat First Growth milk.

Thank you!

My little girl will be one year next week, and I' m still breastfeeding. She only drinks milk at night and early morning...it seems she is too busy exploring to drink! She drinks Rooibos tea during the day. I am not sure what milk I should give her to supplement her calcium intake. She eats about 2 tubs of joghurt per day, but does not like cheese at all.
