Q.

Milk intake

How can I get my 5 month old daughter to take more milk? Is there a suggested eating plan that I can follow?

Currently her eating plan is as below
06h00 - 120ml Milk
08h30 - Porridge followed with about 60ml milk
10h30 - 60ml milk
12h00-13h00 veggies/fruit followed with about 60ml milk
15h00 - 60ml milk
17h30 - 18h00 Veggies/fruit followed with about 60ml milk
20h30 - 60ml milk
During the night she takes about 150ml. I feel that her milk intake is not enough and I cant seem to get her to drink more. What else can I do so that she can drink more milk?

At 5 months your baby's main source of nutrition must be her milk. The solids are making her feel full so she does not want to drink her milk. Always offer her formula before giving her any solids.
