Q.

milk intake

Hi Doc,

Pls help how do you know when is time to change your toddlers milk. i have a 15mnths old daughter whose been on parmallat 1st growth since she was 9mnths old. she enjoys it a lot i mst say.

2ndly how much milk intake should a girl of her age take daily.i mst mention she only drink her milk at nite.

You could continue with this milk to two or even 3 years but this probably won't be necessary. Your daughter needs about 700ml of milk a day now.

As far as I know Parmalat 1st growth can only be given from year old - and my doctor advised us to rather give Formula milk up until 2 years - if you can afford it.
