milk in take

My baby (boy) is 4 and a half months old. he is eating solids but doesn''t want to drink more than 300ml of milk a day. He is a very happy and healthy baby. Is it okay as the tin says he is suppose to drink about 800ml of milk a day. He is on infa care milk. And can I give him yoghurt to to eat. He drinks his juice and rooibos tea aswell.

Your baby is only just over 4 months old. His main source of nutrition should and must be his milk. He must not have any rooibos or fruit juices. He is drinking far too little milk per day. He should be drinking almost 900ml of formula per day. Only give him small amounts of solids ,if any at all per day now. Solids can be delayed until he is 6 months old, but this may be difficult to change now as your baby is probably used to his solids. Yoghurt should only be introduced once your baby is 8 months old.
