This is quite common at this age and is known by the long name of 'neonatal gynaecomastia.' It is caused by the mother's hormones oestrogen and progesterone during pregnancy. This will settle down and stop by itself.

Its from the hormones in your body that he was exposed to during pregnancy. It''s perfectly normal and happens to some babies - boys and girls. It will stop after a short while.
Don''t squeeze it out or anything, just leave it.
Did they not cover things like this at your ante-natal classes?
