Q.

Melk=voedsaam/slaap??

May babies have a growth spurt at around this age when they need to feed more often - every one and a half to two hours. Its quite normal and lasts a few days. Growth spurts happen on and off, and many people just refer to them as " frequency days"  as its just a couple of days where baby feeds more often to increase your milk supply. They generally revert back to their old pattern again in less than a week.

Personally, I swaddle my babies in a light blanket at bed time as it stops a lot of the arm movements that wake them up. I still do it to my eight month old, though I loosen the blanket once she is down and has stayed asleep.
