Melamine levels in Nido??

Hi there,
I have my 2 1/5 year old on Nido 1 and my 7 month old on S26 no 2.
Are these formulas safe from Melamine??
What else can we use if we are afraid of melamine levels??

I am assured by the manufacturers that there is absolutely no melamine in Nido nor in S26 2.

Irritability, blood in urine, little or no urine, signs of kidney infection, and high blood pressure can all be signs of melamine poisoning

Hi Tam,

I just heard on the news this morning that Nido 1 and Lactogen are being recalled in SA for traces of Melamine! I was shocked and horrified as I have been feeding my baby Nido 1 for over a year now. She is almost two now so I am going to try her on dairy milk and see how it goes.
