Q.

Dear Doc

My baby kicks up a huge fuss when I try give him medicine via a syringe / spoon.

Is it ok to put the medicine in his bottle of formula milk?

Thank you very much.

There are many medicines that cannot be mixed with milk as they clot the milk causing problems. You can mix a little if your baby's medicine with a little formula milk first as a test and see if there appears to be any problem. If the medicine mixes well then it should alright to add the medicine to your baby's formula.
