Deselex is a non-sedating antihistamine which is used for nasal allergy such as hay fever. The same goes for Allecet which is a generic form of the antihistamine Zyrtec. This would also be used for nasal allergy. Celestamine is a very strong cortisone combined with an old fashioned antihistamine called Polaramine. There is no need for you to use this medicine unless it is specifically prescribed by a doctor. You can give Panado or Nurofen together with both the Allecet or the Deselex if this is needed.
