Hi,

Is there an alternative to egg based measles vaccines as my little boy is allergic to egg whites?

The measles vaccine is not grown on egg. It is grown on chick embryo. There should not be any problem if your baby is allergic to egg.It is best for the vaccine to be given in your paediatricians rooms and you must stay there for 30 minutes after the injection.
