My 2 year old has been diagnosed with measles. He has had all his vaccinations. Why did he still get this if he has been vaccinated against this?

It is highly unlikely that your son has measles as he has been immunised against measles. He may have an illness which mimics measles called roseola. This is a much milder illness and the rash usually fades after 2 days.
