Q.

Matter filled blisters on new born.

My son who is now 12days old has this matter filled blister like around his neck and under his arms. What could the be an infection or does this sometimes occur to newborn.

I will see the GP within a week if it does get bad as it is settling settling down.

Mother has had severe thrush poblem, can this relate to that?

Paediatrician

This sounds like a severe skin infection which can occur in newborn babies, usually caused by bacteria called Staph. It is absolutely essential to see the paediatrician tomorrow.lPlease let me know what happens.
