Malaria Treatment

Hi,

We will be going to the Kruger National Park on Thursday and i would like to know what i can give my little boy 16months for treatment Precaution of Malaria? Please confirm.

There are no safe preventer medicines for malaria for this age group. The best advice is not to take babies into a malarial area. You need to take full anti-mosquito precautions if you do go including sleeping under special mosquito nets and burning anti-mosquito special mats or coils in the bedroom.
