There may be many causes why children do not concentrate well. One of the most common is simply that the child is tired especially if sleep is regularly disturbed such as when the child has a very blocked nose at night. Another important cause is anaemia especially the kind caused by low iron levels in the blood. It would be a good idea to have you child's blood tested for a possible iron deficiency anaemia.
