Paediatrician

There is no way to increase your baby's appetite as such.I would like to reassure you but cannot do so because the average weight for a baby boy of 16 weeks is 6.7kg.Your son's weight falls well below acceptable levels and he is taking too little formula. It would be best to ask your paediatrician to see him to be sure that all is well first before deciding on the way forward with his feeds.
