losing weight

Hi, my little daugher is loosing weight, the weired thing is that she''s still eat like before but it seems like the food that she''s eating is going somewere else, am really getting worried because she doesn''t shows any signs of being sick. Please help!

It would have helped to know your little girl's age and weight. I am always concerned about a child who loses weight especially when as with your little girl she is eating very well. There must be a reason for her weight loss.It could simply be due to worm infection but other causes such as TB need to be excluded. Please take your daughter to be seen by a doctor so that a definite diagnosis can be made of the reason for her weight loss.
