Q.

Leg Cramps

Hello

My son is 21 months old. Yesterday morning when he stood up he cried when he leaned on his left leg. The same thing happened this morning. His teacher at creche said it got better during the day. Could this be a muscle cramp? He went for his 15 &  18 month injections last Tuesday, and the area where the one injection was, was swollen and bruised red for a few days. The area is still slightly bruised, but not noticeably. Could it have been the injection? The only thing is that it is a week later, so it doesnt make too much sense.

This could be due to the recent injection. If he continues to complain it would be best to have your son seen by his paediatrician.
