Q.

LB cries in his sleep

Morning doc

My LB cries in his sleep. He starts crying and when you get to his cot he is still fast asleep. Sometimes he sits up straight in his cot crying, but still asleep.

Why is this? This sometimes happens to 4 times a night (like last night) and is really frustrating and tiring.

My LB is really overall a happy chappy and never cries.

Please help.

Your little son may be having a very common problem called night terrors. This is a stage he is going through and soon passes over. If he wakes up just reassure him and then leave his room.
