Q.

Language for toddlers

Hi there

I thought maybe there''s a Speech therapists amongst the experts.

Can you please help. I''ve got a 14 month year old me and the Daddy we speak different languages. I would like on advice on how should we communicate with him. For now we are using one language i.e. English, but when can we introduce other languages to him?
We were thinking maybe speaking different languages to him will confuse him and delay talking.

Thank you...

Children of this age are amazing when it comes to learning languages. You will find that your little son will be able to learn English and one other language and not delay his talking.
