Q.

lactose intolerant

Hi doc! My 1 year old daughter is lactose intolerant &  has eczema. She is breastfed &  such a fussy eater. Besides the pediasure what else can she drink that will be nutritious for her. She doesn''t seem to be a fan of the pediasure.

Your baby girl is more likely to be allergic to cow's milk than to be lactose intolerant if she has eczema. She should be on a soya formula and you must avoid all dairy products such as yoghurt.Start her on Isomil2 just to get her used to the soya formula and then change her to Isomil3.
