Lactose free milk

Hi there, my son is nou 12 months old, and he is on NAN Lactose Free. To what milk can I switch him over now? Can I try regular cow' s milk or Nido, or should I continue with the LF milk (parmalat easygest milk). And how many bottles should he drink by now? Currently he is drinking about 3 - 4 bottles formula milk a day, and rooibos tea as well. Thanx for the reply.

Not so easy to answer, because Parmalat easygest milk is a low fat milk and your son needs a fullcream milk now.The question we need to answer first is if he is still lactose intolerant? If he has eaten dairy products without having any problems then he may have outgrown his lactose intolerance. The only way to find out as simply as possible is to try him on a little fullcream milk to see if he can tolerate it. If he can he can use Nido.
