kidney retention

urine is flowing back to kidneys. has been on zinnat 6 weeks without any progress. never had a urine tract infection before is now 2half years old. bought my son puppy and they lady looking after my son said that the pup bit(noting uge just like little scrape) him on his private part my question is if could have caused all this complications

The puppy bite has nothing to do with your son's urinary infection which is due to reflux of urine from the bladder up the ureters to the kidneys. This is usually due to an inborn defect in the function of the valves which usually prevent this reflux of urine. Zinnat may not be a good choice as an antibiotic for this kind of urinary tract infection. There are more effective antibiotics available. Your son must be treated by a paediatric urologist.
