Q.

keratosis pilaris

Hi! My 2 year old daughter has keratosis pilaris. Pls advise as to which soap, moisturiser &  sunblock to use to improve this condition. How often during the day should I moisturise? She has the pimples on her arms &  cheeks. Does this condition ever go away? Plsss help. Thank you very much.

I am afraid that this is rather difficult condition to treat. It will help to give your daughter a daily dose of vitamin C.
Moisturise twice daily with Epimax cream.Avoid alkaline soaps and bubble baths. She can use Dove soap.

Hi. Thanks for the advice. Over the weekend my daughter developed another rash. It doesn''t look like the usual kp rash she has on her arms &  cheeks. This rash is on her arms &  the pimples are bigger &  have a black dot in the centre. She has plus minus 5 pimples on each arm &  1 pimple on her left leg. Any idea what this could be? Plzzz help! Thanks.
