Q.

Just another comment regarding prev post

My son is not usually a moany child - so this is unusual. The other thing that I thought about is that I only one or two bowel movements in the last while (he could be going at school). In between the fevers - apart from the lethargy he has no other signs of being ill.

He goes to play school from 8 to 12 and there is only 10 children in his class. Up to now he has been really healthy with no colds or any of the common childhood illnessess.

Your son has been ill for quite a while now, possibly for as long as 4 weeks. His symptoms strongly suggest that he has glandular fever. Please take him to a paediatrician so that a proper diagnosis can be made.
