Itchy small pimples on a 4 year old''s chest and arms

My 4 year old has itchy small pimples on her chest &  today have spread to the left arm. She doesnt have flu or high temperature. What could be the cause and how can I treat them?

It is difficult to be sure about this rash without being able to see your baby.From your description it sounds like this rash is a sweat rash. Your baby must only wear cotton clothing.Also see that she does not wear too much clothing in warm wather and that her bedroom is well ventilated.Do not use any soap esepcially baby soap when you bath her. Apply a small amount of aqueous cream to the rash. This should help to clear it up.
