Is she lacking something?

My child is on Zinplex (10ml) , viral choice (5ml) and a vitamin syrup (5ml)which she gets religiously everyday. She is almost 3, still sleeps almost 2 hours everyday and sleeps well at night. (8pm –  5/6pm)

She eats well too although she is small for her age.

She does however, have dark circles under her eyes and at times looks so dealthy pale that I fear she is going to faint and seems to go pap at times. She has been to the doctor a couple of weeks ago and l mentioned it to him but he doesn’ t seem concerned?

What do you reckon, is she lacking something in her system? Is this normal?
Thank you doctor

Your daughter does not appear to lack anything. Her facial appearance is typical of a child with allergies. The dark rings under her eyes are known as 'allergic shiners' and her very pale appearance is typical of an allergic child. If she has a blocked nose or any obvious allergies it would be worhwhile asking a paediatrician to see your daughter.
