Q.

Is baby getting enough

I hava e a friend with a three week old baby, he is being fed formula as the MOM does not have enough milk. She is giving him 100ml per feed and it seems that the baby is not getting enough. Should my friend keep on feeding the baby if he is stil sucking on the bottle after he finished the 100ml. Can a baby still feed even if they are enough?

You have not mentioned your friend's baby's weight nor the kind of formula. It does seem that your friend may be giving a bit too little formula each time.Babies of this age may take up to 120ml per feed.
