Q.

Infection

My little one is 6months old - she was sick last week with tummy bug and she had borongolietes, she had antibiotics. I took her milk away just so that she can get over the tummy bug on Sunday I started to give her milk again. and she seemed fine. Yesterday at her day mother she just started so scream (for about 1 hour) for no reason at all her day mother had to give her something to calm her down, last night she did the same and today as well. She eats her food and is happy - can it be that she has an ear infection ? She does not have a fever at all

Your baby girl seems to be having pain somewhere. At this age she may be teething, but she also had the recent infection you mention here.As she does not have a fever it seems unlikely that she has an ear infection. Recently she had antibiotics which really should not be given for a viral illness such as bronchiolitis and gastro.Give her a probiotic such as Reuteri infant drops 1ml daily for 10 days. If she cries and does not appear to be ill then give her Panado infant drops. If she continues to cry or be miserable take her to see her doctor.
