Q.

Howaru in yoghurt

Dear Doc

How does the howaru probiotic in Woolworths yoghurt compare to the retueri probiotic? Are they essentially the same thing?

Also, should I be giving my daughter full cream or low fat yoghurt (she is 10 months).

And, at 12 months, do I give her full cream or low fat cows milk?

Thank you very much

The probiotic 'good bacteria' in both products are quite similar.Your baby can have the low fat yoghurt but must have a full cream milk when you change over at 12 months.
