Your little boy is obviously having problems with infection of the tip of his penis. This is a condition called phymosis. He has already needed one course of antibiotics and now appears to having difficulty in passing urine. It would be best if he was seen by a paeditric urologist or paediatric surgeon as it seems as if he is going to require a circumcision.

Angie, get him circumcised. The sooner the better for his own good. These problems will not go away, if anything they will escalate as he grows. The results are much better when done earlier. What are you waiting for? Circumcision is the right solution for his health. Good luck!
