Fluid requirements for children are based on weight, not age:
1-10kg=100ml/kg/day
11-20kg=1000ml+50ml/kg for each kg over 10kg
Over 20kg=1500ml+20ml/kg for every kg over 20kg

I am currently seeing a medical docter to loose weight. I am a female of 1.74m and weigh 113kg. The docter told me for my weight I need to drink between 4-5 litres of water. What is your opinion on this.
